My name is Brandon DeLillo, and I’m the founder of Vital Strength Collective — a coaching system built to help men reclaim their strength, rebuild their discipline, and live with purpose.

Before I ever became a coach, I was a NACE Level 2 Coatings Inspector working 12-hour shifts in refineries and offshore rigs. The days were long, the food was garbage, and the stress never stopped. My body started breaking down — but so did my focus, my energy, and my sense of control.

That’s when I realized something I’ll never forget:
Fitness isn’t just physical — it’s the backbone of everything.

When I train, I don’t just build muscle — I build the mindset I live with.
The gym is a form of meditation.
It’s where I clear my head, face myself, and come out sharper — physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Over the years, that discipline became the foundation for my entire life. It made me more patient. More grounded. More capable. Every rep in the gym carries into how I show up in relationships, in work, and in the quiet moments no one else sees.

That’s why I created Vital Strength Collective — to help other men experience that same transformation. Not a quick fix. Not another “summer shred.”
But a complete recalibration of how you live — starting with your body.

Because when you build strength with structure, your mind follows.
When you master your habits, confidence returns.
And when you show up for yourself every day, everything in your life gets better.

I’m not a hype coach or a fitness influencer.
I’m a man who’s been there — stressed, unmotivated, and off track — and fought my way back through discipline, structure, and purpose.

And now, I teach other men how to do the same.
